If you want a chance to put your photo that matches the theme into the spotlight, you have to submit one and wait till I review and add it to the gallery and vote.
Talking about the photos to people online can even be make friends with. Even off topic like talking about digital art can be used to make friends in the chatroom. If you don't find a photo that you didn't find anything interesting, that's going to be ok as the chatroom also allows people to show photos even if it's not a theme.
